What we collect

When you order from Ghazala Crochet — whether through WhatsApp, Daraz, or this website — we collect only what we need to make and ship your pair:

• Your name and phone number, so we can confirm your order
• Your shipping address, so we can deliver
• Your foot measurement, when you share it for custom sizing
• Your email address, if you subscribe to our journal newsletter

We do not collect payment card details on this website. All payments are handled outside the site (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, cash on delivery, or via Daraz's payment system).

How we use it

Your contact details are used exclusively to fulfil and follow up on your order — confirming sizes, sending tracking, answering questions. Your email, if you subscribe, is used only to send our occasional journal newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it lives

Customer information is stored securely with our hosting providers (Supabase for our database, Vercel for site hosting). Both providers use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small set of cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work (e.g. remembering your filter selections on the shop page). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add anonymous traffic analytics in future, we'll update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to (a) see what data we hold about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Just message us on WhatsApp or email hello@ghazalacrochet.com. We will respond within 7 days.

Children

Our products are sold to adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify regular customers by WhatsApp or email.
