Who we are
Ghazala Crochet is a handmade footwear studio based in Pakistan, operating through this website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Daraz. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Ghazala Crochet.
Orders
Each pair is made-to-order, so once you confirm size, colour and price on WhatsApp, work begins. Order changes are possible during the first 24 hours; after that we may not be able to reverse cuts already made.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or impossible custom requests. In such cases any payment received is refunded in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and shown on each product page. Final prices for custom sizes or colours may vary slightly and will be confirmed before you pay.
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash on delivery within Pakistan. International customers can pay by bank transfer or Wise. Daraz orders use Daraz's own payment system and policies.
Delivery
Made-to-order lead time is typically 3–5 days, plus 2–4 days shipping across Pakistan. International orders usually arrive within 10–14 days. Exact timing depends on courier and destination — we'll always share a tracking number once dispatched.
Handmade variation
Every pair is crocheted by hand. Small differences in stitch tension, finish, or thread tone are characteristics of real handmade work — not flaws — and are not grounds for return.
Intellectual property
The Ghazala Crochet name, logo, photography, product designs, and site content are owned by us. You may share product photos on social media with credit. You may not copy or reproduce our designs commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our products are designed for everyday indoor and city wear. We are not liable for damage caused by use we do not recommend (e.g. hiking, sports, prolonged rain exposure). For care guidance, see our care guide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled by the courts of Lahore.
