Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you happy with your pair. Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and repairs work.

7-day exchange
If your pair doesn't fit or you change your mind, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, on the following conditions:
- The pair is unworn, undamaged, and free of dirt or stains
- Original packaging is included
- You message us on WhatsApp first to confirm the exchange
How to request an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your pair
- Send a photo of the pair and tell us what you'd like to exchange for
- We'll confirm the new pair and any difference in price
- You ship the original pair back to our studio (return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue was on our end)
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll dispatch the replacement
Refunds
Because every pair is handmade-to-order, full refunds are limited to:
- Orders not yet started production (cancelled within 24 hours of payment)
- Pairs damaged in transit (we cover return shipping in this case)
- Pairs that arrive with manufacturing defects we cannot repair
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned pair reaching us.
Repairs (loose stitches, sole issues)
Sometimes a stitch comes loose or a sole edge needs reinforcement — this is part of handmade life. Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 60 days of purchase and we'll repair it free of charge. After 60 days, repairs are still possible for a small fee (usually under Rs 500).
Custom orders
Pairs made to a custom foot measurement or a special dyed colour are non-returnable unless there's a defect on our side. We'll always confirm specifications in writing on WhatsApp before starting custom work.
Daraz orders
Returns for Daraz orders follow Daraz's standard policy, not this page. Use the Daraz app to initiate a Daraz return — we receive the request through their system.
