Shipping Policy

Lead time — made to order

Each pair is crocheted to order. Typical timing:

• 3–5 days to crochet and finish your pair
• 2–4 days to ship across Pakistan
• Total: 7–9 days from order confirmation to delivery

Custom sizes or dyed colours may add 3–5 days. We'll confirm a realistic date with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Courier partners

Within Pakistan we ship by TCS or Leopards Courier — whichever is faster for your city. You'll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp the day your pair leaves the studio.

Shipping cost

• Pakistan: Rs 250–400 depending on city; free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000.
• International: quoted per destination — usually Rs 4,500–9,000 depending on country and weight.

International shipping

We ship worldwide on request. Tell us your country on WhatsApp and we'll quote a price within a few hours. International orders typically arrive in 10–14 days via DHL, FedEx, or local post.

You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by your country. We declare orders at their honest value.

Cash on delivery (Pakistan only)

We offer COD for first-time and repeat customers across Pakistan. A small confirmation deposit may be required for high-value orders to cover courier costs.

If something goes wrong

Parcel delayed? Tracking stuck? Lost in transit? Message us on WhatsApp — we'll chase the courier on your behalf. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we'll either remake your pair or refund in full.
